i'm Cindy, 16 and weigh 181 lbs. I want to get myself down to sort of a healthier weight. Not even that, I just want to be healthier. I kickbox 3 times a week and I do karate 2x a week, but my eating habits are horrid! I want more energy, and I want to gain stamina and lung power.

that's so awesome.

this "but my eating habits are horrid" definitely applies to me. Because my fiance loves me at any size, I got comfortable in scarfing down the goodies and not excerising. But I am tired of feeling wieghed down,yannow?

um...yea i totally understand where ur coming from. I live with my boyfriend so not only am too comfy with eatin because he doesnt care, but whatever i cook for him, im obviously gonna eat also. argh! i just finished a pepsi. gah! LOL

hehe yea I know. I live at home obviously, but I'm the one usually cooking for everyone and when i'm bored, I eat, and since I'm not too lazy to cook,I end up making whole (high fat) meals instead of snacking on something

what about drinking pepsi and then right after sipping a caramel frap? Thats major fuelage right there...just one sugar donut and ill be up all night long!

I drink ALOT of coke which is not good because of soduim and all that good stuff. So I started drinking this http://store.wuyirocktea.com/ which isn't the same thing, but tis really tasty
